Vancouver stands on the traditional, unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, who have lived along these shores for thousands of years. You'll meet their history at several stops on this walk.

The tour starts and ends at Canada Place, the cruise terminal with the white sails. You'll follow the waterfront west past the Olympic Cauldron and along the Coal Harbour Seawall into Stanley Park, visit Lost Lagoon, the seawall, the Brockton Point totem poles and the Nine O'Clock Gun, then come back to the old town of Gastown before returning to your ship.

Allow about three and a half hours, including roughly two hours of walking. The Stanley Park section is the longest; a bike-share bike or a rental bike from a shop near the park makes it quicker, and the number 19 bus links downtown and Stanley Park. Times between stops are given on each card. Keep an eye on the clock and be back on board well before your ship's all-aboard time.
