Loterie Farm - Mountain Adventure Park

Stop on St Maarten Island Paradise Tour, a free self-guided tour.

Head into the lush interior of the island to discover Loterie Farm, an eco-adventure park nestled in the foothills of Pic Paradis. This former sugar plantation has been transformed into a nature lover's paradise, offering a unique escape from beach activities. The centerpiece is the Treetop Adventure zipline course, featuring multiple zip lines that send you soaring through the rainforest canopy with spectacular views. The longest line stretches over 1,000 feet and reaches speeds that get your adrenaline pumping. For those seeking relaxation instead of thrills, the Spring Lounge area features private pools set among tropical gardens rent a private cabana for the day and enjoy the serene mountain setting. The farm's restaurant serves excellent French-Caribbean fusion cuisine, with ingredients sourced from local farms. Hiking trails wind through the property, leading up toward Pic Paradis, St Maarten's highest point. The trails range from easy walks to more challenging climbs, all surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and offering glimpses of local wildlife including iguanas, birds, and the occasional mongoose. The property maintains a commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable tourism. The combination of adventure activities, natural beauty, fine dining, and relaxation options makes Loterie Farm one of the island's most unique attractions. It's the perfect place to experience St Maarten's interior landscape and escape the coastal crowds for a few hours.
