Take a leisurely guided hike on the Tet Paul Nature Trail, one of St Lucia's most accessible and rewarding walks. This gentle 45-minute trail traverses a working organic farm on a ridge between the Pitons, offering continuously spectacular views. Local guides, often members of the Paul family who own the land, share knowledge about indigenous plants, traditional agriculture, and medicinal herbs. The trail passes through gardens growing cocoa, coffee, cassava, and tropical fruits. Multiple viewing platforms provide different perspectives of Gros Piton, Petit Piton, and the Caribbean Sea. The final viewpoint features a dramatic wooden staircase nicknamed the Stairway to Heaven that seems to lead directly to Petit Piton. On clear days, you can see St Vincent 24 miles south and Martinique to the north. The trail is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Hummingbirds and butterflies are common along the path. The experience ends with fresh fruit samples and the option to purchase produce.
